We were very happy to have Phil handle the sale of our condominium. After doing a market analysis for us, Phil made several recommendations on repairs and upgrades in order to help the condo sale. Phil made many trips from Carlsbad to Long Beach to visit us at the condo. He took great pictures from inside and out for the web site listing. Phil worked very hard to bring in prospective buyers, patiently worked with them and other agents to bring us several prospective buyers in a very short period of time. We were very pleased with the final sale price and the short period of time it took Phil to sell the property. Our condo sold in just a few weeks!
