A few words from some of my clients.
Hello Kimberly, I’m tracking you down as the Broker of Full Commitment Real Estate to tell you a bit about the transaction that is closing today with Chris Lewis. Chris is obviously the listing agent on the transaction, my husband (also a Jeff) is the sales agent, and I am the mortgage banker for the buyers. This particular transaction from the outset should have been simple; the first indication that would be exactly the opposite! My husband and I have known the buyers for several years as personal friends. One of the buyers is what you would consider in the general sense a financially savvy gent as he is a CPA by profession. The other buyer is truly one of the nicest young women I’ve ever known. I’m sorry I don’t know too much about the sellers other than they’ve fallen victim to two unfortunate escrow fallouts which by all indication was through no fault of their own. They don’t reside in the State and have their adult children residing in the home. Alright enough background Needless to say as you may have anticipated the transaction has been rather odd, more than mildly irritating and some points downright unbearable. However! Having Chris as the listing agent really made this transaction a better one. She was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to detail and through out has had a strong sense of urgency. I really wanted to just take a moment of my time and yours to let you know. As the broker, I know that your name is represented with each transaction that your agents play a part in and I feel that her representation of your agency was exemplary. In the past several years of "glory days" the newbies and wanna-be’s infiltrated the loan and real estate market with the plethora of dollar signs dancing before their eyes often leaving small title waves of disaster in their wake. I’ve seen these kind of times come and go and I am always impressed to work with a professional who knows their job, goes above and beyond the call of duty and shows a legitimate concern for their clients well being. I’m sure that Chris is one of those individuals that will continue to succeed in a difficult market. My husband I remarked that through this transaction although there were some really valleys and hills to climb, that Chris was a real pleasure to work with throughout regardless of the challenges that faced us all. So Kudos to your agency, Kudos to your agent, and I look forward to working with your office again sometime. Warmest Regards, |
