Kimberly Gross is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and president of Full Commitment Real Estate, Carlsbad, CA. Kimberly is a member of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, and the National Academy of Independent Brokers REALTORS. You will find Kimberly a detail-oriented perfectionist with a warm personality.
Kimberly currently serves on the California Association of REALTORS board of directors. She has previously served on the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS Board of Directors, as well as chairperson for REALTORs in Carlsbad District 4 Local District Coordinating Committee. Kimberly also conducts orientation for new REALTORs in use and rules of the MLS.
Kimberly has the real estate e-PRO (internet and computer specialty) designation. This is actually a "Gross" understatement of her 16 years professional experience in computer and information technology.
Kimberly is one of the few agents to have earned certification by the National Association of Realtors for the Short Sale and Foreclosure designation.
As a Certified Negotiation Expert, Kimberly has the skills to negotiate with, sellers, buyers, banks, and commercial businesses, all to complete a sale and to make everyone involved agree on the terms made.
Carlsbad City Council Member Application
In March, 2007, the Carlsbad City Council appointed a replacement council member for Noreen Sigafoose. Kimberly was one of the applicants.

Athletic Background
Kimberly has an extensive athletic background, including the San Diego Rock \'N Roll Marathon (2002), the Ironman California (2001), the Escape from Alcatraz Swim (1997 & 1998), the US Masters Swimming National Championship (1996), the Seattle to Portland double century bike ride (1991 through 1997), plus countless sprint triathlons, half-marathons, and 5K and 10K runs.
Kimberly has biked the Pyrenees mountains between France and Spain from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, and the French Alps.
Kimberly is a member, and on the Board, of the North County Cycling Club (NCCC) and is a Carlsbad Masters Swimmer.

Kimberly and Jeff "adopt" Marines from Camp Pendelton at Thanksgiving.

Kimberly volunteers with the Carlsbad Parks Department in the maintenance assessment program, evaluating the maintenace provided at our parks, medians, public right of way, city buildings, and related facilities. She will do anything for a free lunch!

Kimberly volunteers in the San Diego County Junior Achievement program, teaching city government to 3rd graders, and interpersonal and job interviewing skills to college-bound high school students.

Kimberly volunteers regularly to help run local triathlons.
