Relay Swim Sets for workouts - have some fun!

> Free relay
> Medley relay
> Drafting - everyone swims the whole race. Lead drops to end every 50m
> Attach feet with rubber band, use pull buoy, both scull: pushme pullme
> Water polo - water polo balls. Ball must touch wall. Cannot throw until flags
> Side by side kicking - hold onto each other's kickboard
> 3 legged kick - like last w/ leg attached. Rubber bands, kickboards
> 3 armed backstroke - hands share rubber band
> 1 pulls, other kicks - kicker uses kickboard, holds feet of puller. Puller uses bouy
> Tug of war dunk tank - last person sits on edge. 100' rope with scraps or knots
> 2 breaths per relay team
> Wet t-shirt exchange
> Mid-pool pursuit - 2 teams start mid pool, go opposite directions, 500 or until caught. Draft exchange every 25 yards
> Kickboard stacking - start with 6 boards, add 2 boards each length
> 1 length team relay - each swimmer goes 5 yards
> Tail hook draft - trailing swimmer must pass to front in 1 length
> Workups - 10x75, touch the feet in front of you on the last length.  You must go to the end of the line if your feet are touched and you did not touch the feet in front of you.  You do not have to go to the end if your feet were untouched, or if your feet were touched and you touched the feet in front of you.
> Dive - each swimmer must pick up something (penny) from the bottom.
> 3 man pursuit - 3+ swimmers per lane. 3rd on team determines winner. No draft order rules. Stategize how to get 3rd swimmer across line first
> Mogul swimming - time X judged score = adjusted time. (judged score = 90% (excellent style) - 100% (avg style) - 110% (poor style)
